silver workforce

This is a speech i am going to make about hiring retired workers.
i feel that there are both advantages and disadvantages as firstly,retired workers will not be able to work as long as new workers.they will not be as fit as them and most of their work must not
consist of any labour and hard work.
however, the advantages are that as they have already retired, they already had enriching experience and can work more efficiently. they will thus be more "effective".Some of them may also join as they think that there is nothing to do at their home or are bored by watching tv and want new jobs and tasks so that they will have more friends and not be lonely and thus need lesser pay.this will definetely help the company employing those retired workers.

the new young workers also have their advantages and disadvanteges.
the disadvantages are that as they are new to their job, they will not have any experience and may not understand how to do their work properly. they thus will sometimes do wrong work or project, be late to work as they may not be used to the time that they have to wake up when they have to work.
However, the advantages are that they are more energetic than the retired workers and thus will be able to do manual work.they will also be faster in their tasks as they are young.

so, in conclusion, i think that some jobs should be targeted at the young and some at the old so as to maximise the fullest advantages they are able to provide. Thank you.
